General Provisions

This document defines the Policy of Altaylestechmash LLC regarding the processing of personal data of employees of Altaylestechmash LLC and other personal data entities that are not in employment relations with Altaylestechmash LLC.

The policy of processing personal data at Altaylestechmash LLC defines the basic principles, goals, conditions and methods of processing personal data, lists of subjects and personal data processed at Altaylestechmash LLC, the functions of the right of personal data subjects, as well as the requirements for Altaylestechmash LLC protection of personal data.

Purpose of processing personal data

Altaylestechmash LLC carries out the processing of personal data in order to fulfil employment contracts, fulfil civil law contracts, maintain a customer base, promote Altai brand products and related works and services, including informing about news, promotions and discounts, about new products of the Altai brand, conducting marketing surveys, surveys within the framework of the "Quality of Service Assessment" program and other events.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The processing of personal data of Altaylestechmash LLC is carried out on the basis of Articles 23.24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Articles 85-90 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2001, No. 197-FZ, Clauses 1, 2 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152- Federal Law "On Personal Data" with the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his personal data, as well as for the implementation and fulfilment of the functions, powers and duties assigned by Altaylestechmash LLC to the laws of the Russian Federation.

The list of processed categories of personal data

Altaylestechmash LLC processes the categories of personal data necessary and sufficient for the implementation and fulfilment of the obligations entrusted to Altaylestechmash LLC by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as those specified in the consent forms for the processing of personal data filled out by the personal data subject to achieve the goals specified in clause .2 of this Policy. The content and volume of the processed personal data are consistent with the stated processing goals. The list of PD categories: name, phone, e-mail, etc.
